About Your Job:
As a Manager Cabin Crew you will manage the cabin crew and a supporting team, by establishing policies and procedures relating to on-time performance, grooming standards, welfare and by ensuring flights are adequately crewed.
To be successful for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Cabin Crew member, in a Supervisory role. Preferably, previous experience in managing Cabin Crew at an international airline.
You must have a bachelors degree in Management/Aviation or Performance Management from an internationally recognised institution.
Basic aviation rules and regulations knowledge is required for this role as well as In-Flight Service standards and procedures.
Computer proficiency is a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks Customer Service).
